I'm writing this review and giving it a 1 star because they don't understand allergies here. I went in asking about stuff that wouldn't contain certain things because of an allergy, I would have much rathered them say they didn't know for sure instead of saying for sure it would be safe for me to eat and said it for sure didn't contain any of what I couldn't eat in it. However that was not the case. I ate it under the impression that it for sure didn't have what I was allergic to and it definitely did. I made sure to ask multiple times so it definitely was not a miscommunication. The staff there should be better prepared for situations like this, they should know if something does or doesn't contain certain ingredients in it or at the very least say they're not sure rather than saying for certain it's safe to eat. I'm fortunate that my allergy isn't deathly and in a day or 2 I will be back to being okay. However for some people this may not be the case and it could really do harm to someone with a much more...

I love surprising my husband with these as a treat, and presentation matters just as much as taste. Unfortunately, this has happened to me multiple times when he is working, and it’s unacceptable for a bakery with COBS’ reputation. Customers should be able to rely on the same standard every visit, no matter who is preparing the product.
I hope management takes this feedback seriously and addresses the inconsistency in quality control.
Very disappointed that I had to come home and spread the icing myself before giving it to my husband as...
Read moreGreat staff and great food! They are clearly very popular already as every day I’ve been up there there’s been a line out the door! The best time to go is around 8am there’s still a line but it’s shorter than around lunch and you won’t have to wake up at 5-6am depending on where in town you live. I’m anticipating they may open a new location downtown with how much business they seem to be getting (p.s. my recommendations are the ham and cheese croissants, the plain croissants, the cheese buns, and the cinnamon rolls, but everything...
