Staff ignores patrons while speaking to each other in Tagalog the entire time, this will include who ever is at the till. They will let the line pile up because who ever is at the till doesn’t want to take a break from gossiping with the sandwich makers.
Never polite, always some sort of attitude. If you order anything that is even a bit more complex then a menu item spoken verbatim you will get complaining. I ordered a half dozen donuts but they were all specialty donuts so the price was different and had to be entered individually, the girl rolled her eyes and was obviously irritated as she cancelled the previous order. When it was time to pay she prompted the debit machine before asking, when I told her cash she actually went as far as to sigh. My entire order consisted of 6 donuts and 2 croissants, when I was given a half dozen small bags I asked if I could get a donut box (I mean, I did order donuts) or larger bag so I didn’t have to carry six small ones the answer was a no to the box but I was instead handed a bag, the look of disgust on the woman’s face from asking for a box or bag was so intense you would have thought that I had asked her to lick the bottom of my shoe. Obviously getting assistance loading my one bag was not offered, the girl was too busy yelling to her friends in the back while I did that.
Lastly, as I write this I am noticing that 2 of my donuts were forgotten, it’s pathetic that you can’t just go here and trust that your order will be in the bags. I wish that I were able to attach photos to this review so I could show everyone my cheese croissant with maybe a tea spoon of...
Read moreThis is Tim Hortons (Loutit Road)—familiar favorites, hot fresh food, and a brand we all know and love. This location has always been part of my rotation. I didn’t come here all the time, but every visit was solid—fast service, friendly people, and reliable food.
After today’s Grand Reopening (July 28, 2025), it really stood out. The renovations are beautiful. The space is bright and airy with big windows and new art that makes it feel open and welcoming. Even without a drive-thru, it’s the perfect place to sit down for a meal with your family. You can tell the team is proud to be back—there was such a warm energy in the room. Staff encouraged each other, managers were present and supportive, and it felt like everyone genuinely wanted to be there.
One of the staff, Fred, caught my eye and, while working, offered a few kind words—just a small moment of kindness that really stayed with me. That kind of genuine connection adds something special.
And then there’s the tea. Let me just say: it’s the hottest steeped tea I’ve had in town. At some locations, the tea sits around a bit and loses that spark. But today, when I took the lid off, it was steaming hot—and the flavor was so bright and fresh it hooked me. I don’t know what makes the difference here, but they’ve got it figured out.
My daughter and I like to bounce between Tim Hortons locations for our weekly visit, but after today she asked if this could be our regular spot. That tells you everything you...

I ordered my usual iced coffee and a farmers wrap, and the service was prompt. The staff not only took my order with a smile but also made sure I was satisfied with my selections. It's rare to find such attentive service, and it truly made a difference in my day. The restaurant was clean, well-organized, and had a great vibe, making it a perfect spot to relax or catch up with friends.
Overall, I highly recommend Tim Hortons for anyone looking for great food and outstanding service. The friendly staff and welcoming environment create an experience that keeps me coming back. Whether you're stopping in for a quick coffee or a meal, you won't be...
