Papa Johns Pizza — Restaurant in Fort McMurray

Ordered on the app today and received the most terrible experience (ever). On my ordered, I clearly indicated to buzz me and leave the order at my door since we live in a apartment bldg.

Around 6:45pm, someone buzzed me and I let him/her in. Waited for few minutes to check the door since we are on the 3rd flr. I checked and there’s nothing. Asked my daughter to check the lobby and THERE WAS NOTHING.

Called the store to check, she verified my information (which are all match), asked me what happened and had me on hold to chevk what happened.

She, “Sarah”, told me that the driver did delivered the pizza and I told her I don’t have the pizza at mt door or even the bldg lobby. She kept insisting that the driver delivered it and I said I paid for the pizza and I want what I ordered.

Told me she’ll give me 50% off on my next order. I told her, NO, I WANT MY PIZZA. Asked her name she said its Sarah (when its obvious she’s just making up the name) and I told her I know the owner and will call. She hangs up on me.

I have been a returning customer of this branch for year but not anymore. I paid for $60+ for nothing and got my kids...

I had ordered from skip the dishes, expecting a pizza, but not raw pizza. They both were put in the oven, one being fully cooked and the other being gummy on the inside. I’ve had soggy crust, and partially cooked crust. This is the latter.

The Philly cheesesteak pizza was amazing. The works pizza, had raw toppings and raw dough.

As a part of a promotion, garlic knots were added for spending +$35. The bigger ones were also partially raw.

I tried calling the store, was told to go onto skip and do a complaint, though it got rejected. A complete waste of $42 and a day in...

Ordered a pizza through skip. Order was never processed by the workers at the restaurant. Called the restaurant and they told me they didn't recieve it. Skip support helped me out by trying to contact the restaurant as well. Nothing came out of it but a refund thankfully from skip.
