WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!!!!! DO NOT EVER GO HERE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES WHATSOEVER AT ALL!!! Heres the story. Went through the drive through and ordered a spicy habanero chicken burger and a whistle dog with NO RELISH. Get home, eat the chicken burger, open up the whistle dog and it has relish on it. No big deal, mess up's happen so i go back to the drive through and told them “i was here 15 minutes ago and asked for a whistle dog with no relish and theres relish on it. Go up to the first window and almost immediately, the guy started giving me attitude and got super defensive saying that I never asked for no relish when i know i 100% FOR SURE did. i always do because i don’t like relish. I can almost 100% guarantee that i saw no relish on the screen when they took my order too. He keeps arguing with me. I say I'm not arguing with you, just get me a replacement. then after, we went back and forth about me asking for no relish a few more times then he threatened to call the cops on me?!?!?! I wasn't swearing at him, being rude or anything like that at all (until he said he was going to call the cops for no reason, THEN a few very WELL DESERVED words were exchanged) ALL I DID WAS ASK TO HAVE MY MESSED UP ORDER FIXED!!!!! ABSOLUTELY DISGRACEFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE. It was obvious they just don’t want to take responsibility for THEIR mess up so they lied and said i didn't ask for no relish. THIS IS NOT HOW YOU TREAT YOUR CUSTOMERS, ESPECIALLY AFTER YOU GUYS MESSED UP MY ORDER AND WASTED MY TIME HAVING TO COME BACK!!!!!!!!! The 2 lady's didn't say much, it all came from the guy in the oilers shirt. HE SHOULD BE FIRED EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY!!!! This all could have been completely avoided if they woulda owned up to THEIR mistake and gave me a replacement LIKE THEY'RE SUPPOSED TOO AND LIKE EVERY OTHER FAST FOOD PLACE DOES!!!!!!! I didn't eat the messed up one, i woulda given it back to them but apparently, they don’t have a CLUE about proper, professional customer service. The lady (Linda) literally said the term burger was still on promo, and then after 10 minute later of waiting, intentionally wasn’t telling the price, I asked why it’s showing full price for an item that she said was on promo still. She lied to my face when her colleague appeared and said she has no idea what I’m talking going on about, and say I refuse to pay, and then she shut the drive thru window when I tried to respond. I believe the worker name is Linda as she refused to give me her name but I could read her name tag. Before I ordered I asked to confirm the sale, and asked if she would honor the sale because she also said it the promo was still on. When her boss or other colleague came she lied to him saying she doesn’t know what I’m talking about and shut the window! I also had a coupon on my mobile phone to use if promo was over yet I didn’t get that far because they just left me in the drive thru and threw out the teen burger and onion rings I ordered in front of me. Read moreI enjoyed the food from this place but will no longer be ordering from them. I had an online order that should have included 6 dipping sauces. When my order was delivered, I only had 2. Now I didn't expect to get any more sauces. But I wanted to remind them to please read notes carefully because it's unfortunate I had 1/3 of the sauces I ordered... INSTEAD I call and say "Hi, I placed an order thru uber eats..." and I'm rudely hung up on. This type of service is uncalled for. Also, another time physically being in the store. When you're ordering, all the employees there, they just speak in their own language. Even the cashier taking your order will turn around and speak a different language, making the experience very uncomfortable. Bottom line, this store is managed poorly and I will not be returning again. Nor do I recommend...
