If I could give ZERO stars, I would. The worst Tim Hortons store I could visit in Canada! On afternoons weekdays, together with my husband, I have visited this store for some coffee and sweets. And on the last few occasions, the person (a thin, light-skinned woman whose name I don't know), has not served us what we have ordered, the coincidence is that she is the same person who makes these mistakes. How is it possible that you order a FRENCH VANILLA COFFEE and they serve you a DOUBLE DOUBLE COFFEE? Or that of what my husband and I ordered, one of the items took so long to come out? Something to note is that with what my husband has ordered there have been no mistakes, this has just happened with what we ordered for me. What is the problem? It is possible that this opinion does not have a great impact, something that your HUMAN RESOURCES team should do is evaluate the staff that works in the afternoons on weekdays, from what I have seen in the GOOGLE opinions, there are more similar comments In my case, wrong orders, billing errors, ect. His shop is beautiful but the evening staff leaves a lot to be desired and I doubt we'll visit again in the future. PLEASE CHECK YOUR...
Read moreWow. The service is out of this world phenomenal. Usually we only write the bad things and it’s hard to take accountability for our own mistakes. Well… today I went to the drive thru and ordered a sandwich and an iced cap. I came home, opened the sandwich and noticed it had the “wrong sauce”. I called the store and spoke to an individual, that was so kind and understanding, I told him that they had messed up and put the wrong sauce on my sandwich and would like to get a refund or a new sandwich. He asked when I would be in to grab it. I went back to the drive thru, looked at the menu and to my disbelief by the item it had said , In red letters, “sauce change”. I didn’t really comprehend it until I was driving home and after they gave me a replacement sandwich with the “right” sauce.
The indivial at the window remembered me and so politely gave it to me.
Here’s the catch, I AM the one that messed up on my order. I take fully accountability and I appreciate you. You don’t know what’s going on in someone’s personal life and that act of kindness is rare. Thank you.
Wish I could give you...
Read moreThis is by far the worst Tim Hortons I've ever been to. First off, It started off with cutting out on the speaker through drive thru. I went up to window to repeat my order. I paid for my order only to find out that the donut I paid for they do not have not did they have anything similar. So had to settle for a completely different donut since I already paid. I then received my BLT and peach juice. Drove off without realizing I forgot my French Vanilla. Came back a few minutes later to get it and had to deal with 3 different people not understanding that I just paid for it but did no receive it. Ended up being late for work because of this ordeal. I got to work only to find out my French Vanilla was basically sugar in a cup and there was cheese on my BLT which I did not ask for but probably paid for. I am lactose intolerant so I couldn't even enjoy the one thing that I was looking forward to for my 13 hour night shift. I am beyond frustrated with the experience I have encountered at this Tim Hortons location. I will not be returning to...
