Tim Hortons — Restaurant in Fort Saskatchewan

This is honestly one of the worst Tim Hortons locations I know of. Which is disapointing considering how close it is to my home.

However after going here regularly for breakfast, every single time my order has been either wrong or forgotten about. No exaggeration.

I'm usually the type who goes in to order food so I don't clog up the drive thru line up, but today tested my patience and is why im writing this review. As today I watched my food order given away to someone in the drive thru. Then after standing there for 5 minutes waiting to get the staffs attention, the staff finally noticed me and asked what I was waiting for... Then after trying to figure out what they did wrong and telling me that I didn't order food, they finally clued in and rushed to throw my order together that honestly wasn't worth the wait. My food was raw, cold and ended up in the garbage.

I'm understanding of people making mistakes but this is obviously more than that. This location needs some serious help and just adds to the negative hype on this franchise.

Firstly, when I got to the drive thru screens, 2 people started speaking. One was super quiet and sounded prerecorded. The other person just said “hey”. I’m not normally picky about things like this but come on. This Tim Hortons has no customer service What so ever. Also when I got to the window the person was speaking another language to me that I did not understand in the slightest.

Secondly, they didn’t have a bunch of food that is on the menus. I went through 4 different sandwiches and wraps before I found something they had. Then I went through 5 different donuts too. Keep in mind this was at 8pm.

Thirdly, on my sandwich that they had the ingredients for, I asked for extra sauce. After getting the sandwich, they put 0 sauce on it. And they forgot the lettuce.

This is the WORST Tim Hortons I’ve ever been too. I do not recommend this Tim Hortons at all. Go to the Westpark Tim Hortons or the Tim Hortons in the same parking lot as the Jiffy Lube. This Tim Hortons is a waste of your hard...

I do not recommend this Tim Hortons. I have visited twice and will not be going back. Both experiences were poor. The first time, I ordered a chili in the evening. I went inside and saw it sitting on the long table behind the counter not in the soup container. Then, I watched the young lady with black hair heat up my chili in the microwave. At the other Tim's locations, they serve soup directly from the soup holder. Why was the chili not in the soup holder?

I went inside for a second time in the morning. The man wearing the hat was yelling at the employees, complaining about the store cleanliness, and making them clean while also preparing orders. Additionally, during both visits, the staff were speaking in a different language. While there's absolutely nothing wrong with that, as a customer, I couldn't understand them. I am not the type to complain but this really got me. This behavior is unacceptable and...
