I usually have an amazing experience with this franchise. Their food is always delicious and perfect! I ordered a pork bowl and a mild chicken burrito last night on door dash. Bit into our food and the rice was uncooked. There were pieces that were soft and easy to chew but every other bite was hard. I called the franchise and explained the situation to the manager. He assured me it was Cooked but said “ I will be here all week come in and we will replace both meals free of charge” I came in the next evening like he informed me too and when I got there he fell back on his word. Said “it was not possible that the rice was undercooked and he could only accommodate one meal item free of charge”. He said “It was hard to determine the undercooked rice without photo proof.” I am very upset at the unprofessionalism within this company and will no longer be returning. I realize mistakes happen, and I was trying to accommodate to the company as I know people try to scam small business’s. So I just called to inform him of the situation. Stay away from their gluten free at this location and check your order. Super small portions. Go elsewhere.

They offer gluten free but this location doesn't understand cross contamination. I visited yesterday and I stated 3 times that I needed gluten free but still got super sick. Ordered a bowl and tacos. They said it was all gluten free. They didn't put veggies in the bowl. I asked if she did and she said she did until realizing I was eating in and she went back to put a few veggies in the bowl. Super super light on the rice. The bowl was maybe half full. Way overloaded with sauce. It was almost like a soup at the bottom of the bowl. I'm used to other locations serving a proper portion and understanding what gluten free is and the seriousness of cross contamination. The girl who served me and my wife today looked/acted like she hated her life. Seemed like she would rather be anywhere else but at work. She also didn’t mention options for our tacos ( Like what kind, flour, corn or whole wheat ). ( Good thing we aren’t picky)

Food was good, atmosphere/attitude sucked. I have had WAAAY Better experiences at other locations.
