After a brutal day for both my wife and I at work I thought it would be good to do some finger cooking.. I promise it will be the LAST TIME we step through the doors of the Fort Saskatchewan BP's!!! And other BP's will now not see our business unless it is work or large family related.
I called in my order, my wife was going to pick it up on her way home.
I gave them PLENTY of time (more then 30 minutes notice), informed them of what time my wife would arrive (she was DEAD ON to the minute)..
When my wife arrived there was NO ORDER.. the girl who took the call never entered the order. They said I had called the WRONG location. No, I had called the correct location (my out going call log shows the call).. The refused to do a rush on the order saying "cant you see we are busy" ( this was the SUPERVISOR!!!) .. Yes, thats why we called ahead!!!
My wife in NO MOOD to wait left as I would have.. BP's you continue to fail..
My suggestion to people considering going to the BP's location in Fort Saskatchewan, DONT.. You'll get better service at McDonalds then you will there! A number of my friends have since texted me (after I posted this to facebook) to say they wont go there any more either due to previous BAD SERVICE IN the Fort!!! Not good when a lot of these folks are involved with team sports!!! Can imagine how much business they have lost!!!
Update. I sent this review to BP’s in 3 different methods, at no time did BP’s ever reach out to speak with me or my family about the issues with service. I am sad to see, but it goes to show, when you have brand power you don’t have to worry about...
Read moreAte here June 29th at about 4:00 p.m. The waitress was very nice, but we never got refills on coffee or drinks and we never even got asked if we wanted refills or anything else to drink or eat. When hubby asked for coffee, the waitress said she had to make more then we saw the supervisor/manager, whichever she was, walk by us with coffee and totally ignore us. The food was horrible the chicken was burnt, the buns tasted like they were at least a week old and they were burnt. I have toasted week old buns that were nowhere near as rock hard as the ones we were served. And we got very very little chicken on our chicken club and next to nothing for sauce. The drinks that we had, which was unicorn lemonade, tasted like colored water, it was awful. On hindsight we should have sent everything back and left. We have had this exact same meal, the chicken club and the unicorn lemonade, at the downtown Edmonton BP and it was amazing. We will never go back to this BP, in fact it has turned us off BP completely.
BP, your link doesn't work and when I copy paste it, it says to...
Read moreWhat a horrendous experience- and I was in the building for less than 10 minutes! I work nearby and placed an order online for pickup, and went in to get it. Along with me at the entrance were a couple of skip drivers, people coming in to be seated. They were all helped by multiple different staff members and when I tried to get one of their attention, I was completely ignored as she walked away. I then stood there for another few minutes while several other servers and kitchen staff noticed me, but said nothing. Finally, a woman who's name I did not get came up to the counter. I explained that I'd been standing there for awhile, and she quickly snapped back "well, everyone's busy," with a bit too much attitude for my liking. I was too shocked to say anything else. It would be one thing to have to wait a little bit longer because everyone was tied up, but the fact that I wasn't even acknowledged or got a "we'll be right with you" at the very least was absolutely ridiculous. I will not be returning to...
