Subway — Restaurant in Fort Saskatchewan

I usually do not complain because I use to work in the food service industry and have a lot of understanding. This experience really left a bad first impression. I walked in just to get a rice bowl with avocado(I had protein at home) and I got charged basically the same price as a regular bowl with protein. I asked “why is it so much, I might as well just get protein” They responded that there was no longer a button to do just rice and avocado so there is nothing they can do. So I just asked to give me a regular bowl since I am basically paying the same price. on the screen the price was 11.99 and I got charged 13 dollars. I questioned it and got “I dont know why the system says a different price, I will talk to my manager but you still got to pay this price” and handed me the machine. I have not been to Subway in a long time more than a year for sure. I barely recognized anything on the menu as the names have changed. I ordered a foot-long BMT, not sure what it’s called now. Went in on a Sunday about two and a half hours until close. Was told immediately before placing order that they only had 3 loaves of brown bread left or flatbread. I asked how long until they restocked and was told they wouldn't be. To me it doesn't make sense that they would be fully stocked (no soup either) or at least attempting to catch up. People behind me ended up leaving as there was no sandwich bread left after I ordered only flat bread.
