Absolutely Disgusting

This was the worst delivery I’ve ever had in my life. The driver, some Indian man, spat on my pizza. Literally. Spit. Right on the cheese. You could SEE it. I almost puked.

And if that wasn’t enough, the boxes were all crushed on purpose. My wings were smashed, breadsticks ruined, pizza stuck to the lid. Everything was cold, soggy, and looked like garbage, didn’t say a word, just smirked and walked off like nothing happened. No apology, nothing. Just pure disrespect.

Pizza Hut, fire this guy. I want my money back. I want more than that. This was sick, nasty, and made me lose all trust in your company. Never again. Fix your staff or lose every...

Spent over 20 minutes on hold at 4pm not exactly rush hour here to try and get my order prepared for pickup before my arrival ... not only did i not pre order because no one had time to take my orders on the phone but i got a free order of Full attitude..... when i told the person that " I am on the phone trying to place an order for pickup I must be next in line on hold because no body is answering the phone that's beeping and with all the empty seat I have to be next..... they did not like my sense of humor... So no service No food Not going back anymore this was the last time .

Don't even bother...

We ordered 3 medium pizzas all of various toppings. One was requested with EXTRA sauce. All pizzas had hardly any sauce if any, and was super doughy. The extra sauce pizza had no more then the “regular sauce” pizzas. Phoned and complained and got a 40 dollar credit. Tonight we figured we would give the benefit of the doubt and try again. I had even ensured that all pizzas had a reasonable amount of sauce, and that they make sure there is extra sauce. Our pizzas had barely much more sauce then previously, and we are yet again let down by this establishment. I never recall Pizza Hut being this horrible. Avoid...
