I was in Fort Edmonton for a job at a client site Thursday February 9th having lunch. Priyanka was there that afternoon, and her customer service is next-level. She was incredibly friendly and polite with everyone, and everyone seemed to enjoy having her there. She spent some of her downtime going to every guest in the store and making sure they were enjoying their food. I’ve never seen that in fast food, and for most general employees it could feel awkward or forced, but Priyanka is so kind and sincere that it absolutely worked. And beyond that, she was seen cleaning regularly anytime she didn’t have customers and gave everyone a kind exit greeting. In most cases, I wouldn’t need this much interaction when going for fast food. But because Priyanka is so sincere, it ended up feeling natural and awesome, rather than how a standard employee would feel forced. I certainly hope the Quiznos team takes care of her, because she’s a shining example of an all-star team member.

Read moreI'm really sad I have to share this experience because I know Quiznos does so much for this community. I ordered a bowl of soup and a small sandwich yesterday only for my food to be Iced cold when trying to eat it. I'm not picky so I packed it up, took it home and at home decided I'd warm it up tomorrow for lunch and try again. I don't know what exactly is going on, particularly with the soup, but it would not get warm, not anywhere close to hot. Despite my negative experience I still do appreciate their community outreach and thus will come back again, but maybe not...
Read morePretty awful. Staff obviously didn't know how to make the sub. They were looking over my shoulder at the poster advertising it. That should have been a warning to me.
Also Dijon mustard was apparently a new concept to them - they used so much the sub was inedible. A complete mess. It was all over the outside of the sandwich and packaging. Clearly, neither the person making the sub or the cashier cared - both of them can't have missed that the sub was a disaster, yet they happily gave it to me and let me leave the store.
Went straight into the garbage. I'll...
