Will never go back. Our usual stop. This morning on our way through , my family didn't have time for breakfast. A quick trip through the drive through. Was informed no hash brown, they only had one. I told them that was fine I'd take it. Back on the road again. My family began to take thier breakfast sandwiches. And no hash brown. OK that's fine. Open my sandwich. There was a long hair inside the sandwich. Discusting. I immediately call the store. The person who answered didn't seem to care. Asked if I could come in on the way back and get a replacement. All the gentleman said sorry. And then hung the phone on me. I've been in the sales and service industry for 30 years. I'm still in shock. Poor management. Poor customer service. All around...

Prior to this evening, my last two visits to this location between 10:40 and 10:45, the doors have been locked, despite having their hours show as being open until 11pm.

So I called tonight at 10:44 to make sure that I wasnt heading there just to have the doors locked. The lady I spoke to assured me TWICE that the doors were unlocked and that I can walk in and get coffee. I arrive 2 minutes later and the doors are locked. I knocked on the front window and gestured to the door to be let in so I can get the coffee I was told I could order. They gestured to go around to the drive-thru window. I walk to the other side and stand at the window and an employee glances at me and walks away and I get no service.

I come here often. Their drive-thru is open 24 hours, but dining in the restaurant is only available from 4AM-11PM. The workers are friendly and helpful. The soups are always hot and good. Coffee is always good, whether hot or iced; there are no refills though, so if you want more, order the XL size. Some of the pastries I’ve tried are so-so, but a few are good; try them and decide for yourself. I have recently tried Tim Horton’s peach-flavored (bottled) tea and I really liked it. Some minor complaints: It is sometimes hard to find a clean table. And the other order pick-up counter (1 of 2) seems to be always occupied by milk containers. Other than that, it’s always...
