Passing through this town and decided to stop into my very favourite Indian chain restaurants. For the love of god, can you show some pride of ownership and clear the entrance of snow? What if I was a guest that uses a wheelchair chair or have other mobility issues? Granted it was a massive snowstorm that ended more that 8hrs before we arrived at your location. We went to the restaurant because we felt we didn't have any other choice except fast-food in this town at that time of night. After trudging through a foot of snow âď¸ to get to the front door, we almost wiped out in the vestibule as there was no floor mat. Come on people do better. Clear the snow. Hire a snow removal company or do it yourselves. This is unacceptable. If you do not want to clear the snow, put a big "closed for the day" sign in the front window and call the head office and tell them you're closing due to a snowstorm. A lot of business people blame the government when their businesses aren't successful when they screw stuff up themselves. Please do not screw your investment up.
Here are some recommendations
Sort out your liquor licence situation come up with a snow removal plan(this is a guest safety issue) a mat should always be in the vestibule(this is a guest safety issue) serve fountain pop, not cans(customer satisfaction issue and it's more cost effective in the long run)
I hope to be back next time I'm in Ft Saskatchewan as the food and...
Read moreThe food here was delicious, ordered the Papadums, Veggie Pakora, Butter Chicken, Mango Lamb Curry, Coconut Naan, and Garlic Naan. Everything that I tasted was amazing. Although the Mango lamb could have had more mango flavour, and I wish that they could made smaller pieces of the Garlic Naan like the coconut naan. The coconut naan was super sweet and savoury, but too much coconut for me (there is a lot in there) but still great! They asked for spice level on each meal. We got hot on the butter chicken, and it wasnât spicy at all! So if you like lots of spice I would recommend getting extra hot for some heat. The one thing I wasnât a huge fan with though was that our waitress (who was super sweet by the way) didnât clear our dishes off of the table as we were eating, so our table was cluttered with dirty dishes until we got up to pay. The prices are pretty steep especially for the different combinations of naan bread. Definitely give this place a go! Their buffet unfortunately wonât be available until they get more sales so show this new...
Read moreWe had heard about this restaurant and one night decided to give it a try. We absolutely loved the good and the friendly service. Everything was excellent. The naan bread may have been the best we ever had. Sadly we were the only ones there, although apparently there had been people there earlier. This is an excellent restaurant! The Fort is famous for supporting diners and fast food restaurants but failing to support top quality family run restaurants. I hope we don't lose another one. It would be a...
