There’s 2 ladies working today. The one with glasses is so sweet and professional! The other one on the other hand is obviously miserable, not friendly and prejudice. She was not welcoming nor inviting. No customer service skills what so ever. Re-evaluate her competence as she needs to do better as a human. Where’s the people skills?! She had the other lady doing a majority of the work, while standing around at the till with 4 people standing in line. Not to mention her hair unkept. That was more bothersome than the very noticeable veggies going bad! The temperature is obviously too high. Frost and all the veggies looked wilted and unappetizing. I received a phone call from this Subway while on the way telling me that they have to delay my order 25 mins more because “they are out of bread.” I asked what are my options and she said “just to wait.” Sorry, but that’s not acceptable customer service.
