Had a run around with the source and tech support. Ordered AirPods online last Friday and Apple care (thought I had to pay for Apple care separately). Did the in store pick up option but when I placed the order it showed as apple care being shipped but the AirPods were “approved”. Went through 3 different agents at the head office and got different answers. Long story short went and visited the source in FSJ and got immediately greeted by Mili (sorry if I spelt wrong) and her colleague (didn’t catch his name but he was super friendly had glasses on). Mili was very kind, knew her stuff, explained how the extended warranty worked and she was just super awesome! Went above and beyond! She wasn’t pushy in any way at all. They are advertising a promotion whereby they will give you a free HD Bell receiver if you buy certain TVs. What they don't tell you is that this promotion does not apply to people who live in Hudson's Hope or any of the communities outside Fort St. John. This is not mentioned in their ads and I wonder if this is a legal practice. I suppose I will let the Better Business Bureau determine.
