i had an absolute horrible experience here this evening. I took my three kids to moana 2 and purchased the 2 large combo meals from the consession. comes with 2 large pops , 2 large popcorn and 2 large candy. well they gave us everything right except we were given medium pops by accident and didnt notice. my daughter went to get her free refills and cadence the manager was extremely rude to her, told her that it wont be for free and charged her 8$. so i went out to fix the problem and they refused to fix it saying mediums dont get free refills. so i have my toddler , she is making me walk back in the show that iam missing to show her proof of the large candies and popcorn we were given, she was completely combative refusing to help fix it even though it was their mess up not once but twice now iam missing my show over a manager on a power trip who has no customer service skills. she embarrassed me and my family, she ripped us off not once but twice, she chose to fight with us and cause a scene , we ended up leaving the movie early and i was extremely embarrassed and dissapointed. ย ย ย Read moreVery dissatisfied with my Friday night out. We rarely go out to the theater and figured we would treat our boy to the latest Avengers movie. As we were attempting to enjoy the previews it quickly became clear that there were some technical difficulties involving the sound. This obviously didn't bother me during the fast and furious spin off (like what's the point of dialogue there? Am I Right?) An extremely harassed managment type then appeared and sort of apologized, informing us that they were attempting to correct the issue. The previews were paused as they toiled (for about 5 minutes) the management type person then re-emerged to let us all know that the sound would not be fixed and we were welcome to stay and watch anyhow or could wait in a hella long line to get our money back. No offer of a coupon for our trouble or any sort of kind gesture to act as an apology for their failure to deliver. I remain slightly annoyed and disappointed that I did not get a well deserved gawk at a 20 foot tall Chris Hemsworth..... Thanks for nothing but watered down, triple priced diet Coke...

Staff and management alike were so wonderful! I highly encourage you to take in a flick, 1st date, or 1st in 20 years of marriage, do not judge the facility if you've only been in screen 2, cinema 5 is really extraordinary...
