I wanted to give a big shout out, and 2 thumbs up to Computer Emporium for their amazingly prompt customer service.
I walked into my office, lifted open my 9 year old laptop, and got the blue screen of death. No keyboard life whatsoever. Barely a pulse.
Took it straight to Computer Emporium. The Service Technician, Scott, had let us know that he’d troubleshoot and see if he could get to the bottom of our issue. Given the age of my laptop, I also asked him about purchasing a new laptop. Scott helped me pick out the one that best suited our business needs, and by later that same afternoon, he had everything transferred and loaded onto the new unit for us.
Owners, Matt & Mack, ensured that I had all the info that I needed. And the following day, I got a call from Scott letting me know that he was able to get the old unit working as well.
They all made us feel welcome, and completely at ease, especially with bringing something so important to them for them to fix.

   Read moreI sent my laptop in to have a hinge fixed after dropping, since I've had it returned to me(which took a month because they originally didn't even look at the cause, only guessed, and they were short parts. Which meant I had to wait even longer. I get people make mistakes, or try to cut corners. It would have been fine by me if it had been properly diagnosed to begin with.) The Webcam cover was missing(off the new part they ordered, so I had to go back to get my old one put back into the new piece) then the logo on the new back piece is coming off, plus the laptop no longer "goes to sleep" after I close the lid, whereas before the repair it did. Which caused some confusion as to why my battery life was void. The labour was not included in my quote either. So 650 dollars and a month later my laptop hinge was repaired. I'll be taking my business elsewhere when it comes to repairs.

Long Version: The staff there are very knowledgeable about their inventory and the industry, as well as they are always trying to bring in new and competitive products for gaming PC's.
They have always been helpful and willing to chat if you want to, if not they'll leave you to your business, ring up your order, and wish you a nice day.
They aren't the cheapest option, but are a locally owned store and are competitive with all big box stores such as Staples or Best Buy, so unless you want to search around on the internet and pay a premium for shipping, they are your best option.
