I have been here a few times and the food is good, but some of the workers are really condescending.

I asked for a latte with ice and they looked at me like I was an idiot? they said "so you want the latte and a cup of ice?" I said no, and said I wanted the drink with ice, the worker then said, "Oh you mean ON ice". I thought maybe this girl was just having a bad day, no big deal.

however, my next visit I ordered the new prosciutto and egg sandwich (it's on a poster they have). when I ordered it, they said "you want a prosciutto sandwich and an egg sandwich?" I politely said no, and explained myself again. the worker repeated the same thing they had said before (different employee), I said no and tried explaining that the poster was advertising it. then another worker came over and also said "so you would like a prosciutto sandwich and an egg sandwich". I explained myself once again after getting some pretty weird looks thrown my way.

I did get my sandwich and my drink how I wanted in the end, but their customer service needs some work. food? solid 6, staff?...

Went here today for the first time and ordered a berry banana smoothie. I’ll take some of the blame here as I did forget to ask what the base is made with (ie: almond milk, yogurt, etc) but when I saw it being made with soy milk, I asked can it be made with almond milk. The staff then said to me “well it’s already been made” and then asked if that was ok. I didn’t want to cause even more of a hassle/bother as I already felt like I was so I just said it was ok and took my smoothie and went on with my day. But i didn’t like that I was not offered a new one especially after asking. Furthermore, there is no detailed ingredient list/nutritional information on their website so I have no idea what’s in the product. It tastes overly sweet to me so I wanted to know if there was any sort of sweetener added. (Again, I didn’t think to ask until after the fact). Just wanting to give some feedback for potential better business practices and customer service...

I had the worst experience at this location. I ordered a pumpkin spice cold brew and I told the barista to make it sweet, to get a response "it's already sweet". The drink tasted like water, so I asked the barista if they can add maybe some more spice or anything to elevate the flavour, the barista was very defensive. She said "well you ordered it" and "I can't help you". I asked her name which she refused to...
