Teriyaki Experience — Restaurant in Fredericton

Just as good as when I was growing up. This chain was something my parents ate at to get a little variety in their food when there was almost none in Fredericton at the time. I had it for the first time since I was a kid and it has stayed just as tasty. There is room for improvement, but the ingredients taste and look fresh and their new variety of sauces will have me going back to try more. Good service, friendly staff. Food always tastes good and I enjoy being able to see it being cooked in front of me.

HOWEVER, I noticed that on my recent visit that the bowls are significantly smaller (height) than just a month or so ago. There definitely was a noticeable lesser amount of rice in the bowl. Chicken and veggie amounts seemed to be the same from what I saw. Not a very good move, especially since the price doesn't go down for that. I probably will not go back...

While shopping in Regents Mall, we decided to get a snack here at the Teriyaki Experience. We got an order of six wontons and two spring rolls. The staff asked us if we wanted sauce for the wontons, and then gave us a generous amount. They were fresh and delicious! They had us sit down and wait for our spring rolls as they were making them fresh for us! Hot and delicious, can’t go wrong!
