It is a one and one half hour drive to get pizza from Fadi's and for over 12 years we never hesitated to make the trip when we craved the best pizza on this side of the ocean. I'm so sorry to say that today's pizza made us painfully aware that this has changed. Crust was tough as boot leather, paper thin in the middle and over cooked, thick, soggy and under cooked at the outer edge. What has happened??? So much garlic in the scarce dry sauce that you could not taste the ample toppings. We are totally disappointed and will most likely never return. I do not understand why the owner's felt the need to tamper with what we considered perfection. For some, this may be exactly the type of pizza that they crave, everyone's tastes differ and not all cooks are created equally. Unfortunately, just one negative experience is all it takes.

A tasty pizza fresh and the day after. The first thing I noticed when I opened my 12" Fadi's Special Pizza was the cheese. It didn't look like anything on a pizza I've seen before. The next, was the size. There was a ton of toppings and the dough was thick. I think the thickness added to it being almost better reheated the next day because it held its structure. The taste of everything was your standard diner style pizza, but the amount of toppings made it worth it. I also had the hummus and pita bread and garlic bread. The hummus was a bit saltier than I'm used to, but I still at the whole thing. The garlic bread was more like a garlic sub and very pungent, which I loved!

Was super excited to try as i just moved beside the restaurant, really wanted to enjoy it but the garlic fingers had so much garlic spread which made them appear green and greasy. We also bought a large pizza with pepperoni, the crust was soft and fluffy, but the sauce (even though there barely was any) had almost no flavour and chunks. They didn't skip out on the cheese though, still loooked like dry glue though im pretty sure that would taste better 🤷🏻‍♀️ good service tho

We ordered an Extra large Works last weekend. The only reason that I give them a 3 (actually 3.5) instead of a 5 is their tasteless sauce. No taste of basil, oregano, garlic or crushed red pepper. There's nothing to define it. Just plain tomato sauce, straight out of a can is what it reminds me of.

On the other hand, they have the best tasting crust I've had in Freddy. Like another poster said, its light and fluffy. It's just like baked bread fresh out of the oven. And they give you a lot of cheese topping.

Somebody needs to use google and or you-tube and learn how to make a good pizza sauce. And then this place would be the number one pizza joint in...
