Graystone: Clearly the front-runners in the booming craft beer market in the quaint town of Fredericton. The simple truth is these guys just make the best beer of the lot. Add to that their excellent selection, with 8 taps of their own and 8 for visiting craft brews (including frequent rotation and seasonals), a fantastic location with great patio, a now semi-permanent food truck on site in Monk and Jonesie, and excellent staff attitude and knowledge... it's the place to be for a casual catch-up with a friend, groups, dates, or just for the love of really good beer. Cheers!!

I really enjoyed spending time here, and the beer was quite good. The venue is small, but it has a good vibe, and the decor is comfortable. I visited in the winter, so there was no access to the patio, but it is set up so that the entire seating area expands out through large rolling doors to take advantage of the deck. This brewery is right downtown, and is conveniently located, there is some parking, but I wouldn't bet on it on a busy evening. While we were there we talked to a Minister, and Engineer and Physiotherapist, so eclectic crowd.

Winter, Spring, Summer, or Fall, this place is great. It's always packed, and for a good reason. The selection of local beers on tap is excellent and the atmosphere is just as good. There's a fireplace inside and for the winter, there's a modern fire pit of sorts outside as well. This time I had The Cap. A nice lunch beer. Not too heavy. The last two photos are from another night

I am always big fan of Greystone Patagonia IPA , I constantly visit this brewery.Being with beverage industry in town I was super impressed by the guy today at brewery around 12.45 in afternoon. I went to buy can of beer and told him last time when I bought Patagonia IPA got Pale Ale instead.when I was closing my bill he had complemented a whole can of Patagonia IPA. I don’t and never intend and believe on free drinks and food knowing that how much effort need to be placed to overcome but I accepted that gesture because it was genuine and from his heart. It is not about a can of beer it’s all about service and humbleness of the people who is working. There are so many brewery in town whose staff even bothered to talk u but having people ( a young gentleman with long hair - sorry I could have ask your name) in Grey Stone is true asset for town. Keep the great work! Thank you Hari Thapa Former Beverage Supervisor of Hilton Garden Inn Current Bar Manager at...

I came from a long day from PokĆ©mon hunting, from being exhausted I was going to have a beer and fainted from being tired injuring my head and neck last month in greystone, What the What the Manager did for a solution was to ban me. When I asked to talk on the phone everything thing I said she ignored and gaslighted and change my words around. Not only have I heard from other people about after but I believe it bad management. I have been going there for years and was having drinks and enjoying myself but I guess they would rather ban and lie to make me forget that there can be an injury case! I don’t trust managers who use feeling and not logic Update: a worker from there has used my name at another bar and causing me...

I pride myself in being fairly brewery-experienced, in the sense I hit at least one in every new town I visit- usually bringing home with me a piece of their merch. I have to admit, Graystone Brewery in Fredericton (in my opinion) is top 5 in all breweries I've visited across Canada, from Victoria to NB. It may be small inside, but the copious amounts of seating, and large outdoor patio is perfect for a cold beer on a sunny day. The beer choices are tapped from darkest to light, and the "beer"tender is not afraid to lend a recommendation to a few newbies visiting from Ontario. The dog friendly atmosphere is what really brings it to the top- not to mention the smell of the wood...
