Papa Johns Pizza — Restaurant in Fredericton

Although we have been patrons of the Northside Papa John's Pizza for the past 10+ years. Since it's been taken over by the new management we've experienced nothing but problems. The majority of which I simply let go quietly. Our last visit, though, was so atrocious that had I been a Health & Safety Insp. I would have closed them down for review. To begin, they sent my order to their Southern loc (which had happened every time since the takeover). Even though I triple checked to ensure that it went to the right location. Then they called me back to confirm the order, and info. However, when we arrived to pick up our $150+ order, they informed us that no such order existed. Although I was understandably upset, I asked that the order be filled regardless. However, the order we received was with EVERY pizza nearly folded in half (due to the force of someone throwing it down against the counter). The dip containers were purposely mashed into the cheese of the pies. So hard that the ink stamp referring the bbf date actually transferred from the container, to the cheese itself. My poor daughter, not knowing what to do, paid for the mess, and left. Had I been there, I would have given them a piece of my mind, and told them what they could do with the fiasco they presented us with. Never again will i, or my family, eat there. Which is too bad, as having 5 grown kids, our orders were never below $150, and we certainly love our pizza. So they can kiss goodbye to the thousands of dollars, and tips, which they could have had for many years to come. We'll done Papa John's! You managed to mess up such a simple, and...

Picked up an order here on Friday and was shocked to find an employee handling his personal cell phone while preparing pizzas. I saw him initially with the phone pinned between his shoulder and head before he used his hand - fresh from touching one raw pizza - to move it to the other side of his head before immediately preparing another raw pizza. Is food safety not a priority for this location? Do we not wash hands before preparing food? There were multiple other employees around and no one saying anything about this, so is this just something that is tolerated? I’m not looking for a refund of my order, I’m not looking for a free pizza, I’m simply done with this Papa Johns location and will not...

I enjoy the pizzas from Papa John's. The taste is good and they use fresh ingredients. Although, unfortunately, I ordered yesterday a pizza and I was missing 1 topping. I only order Papa John's pizzas (for the last 5 years) and this was the first time they forgot something. Mistakes can happen.. we're all human...i just hope it won't happen again in the future. I will definitely order my pizza again with...
