So I just went in there, not even 30 minutes ago, and I had a disappointing experience at this location today, and I feel it’s important to share. I ordered a footlong chicken sub and a young staff member, who seemed fairly new, was preparing my order. He was polite and doing his best, but had some difficulty wrapping the sub. I kindly suggested he could place it in a bowl instead, and he agreed.
However, another employee—short in stature—stepped in and insisted I would need to pay for a bowl. I was fine with that, assuming she meant a small charge for the disposable container. Instead, I was told I had to pay for a full veggie bowl in addition to the sub I had already purchased. When I questioned this, she began arguing, claiming the sub had too many toppings and sauces, which supposedly caused the wrapping issue.
I’ve ordered the same sub many times, including via delivery apps, and never had any issues with it being wrapped properly. There were like only three kind of sauces in that. The issue wasn’t the sub—it was clear the staff member was struggling, and I was simply trying to make things easier for him. What bothered me most was the condescending tone and unprofessional attitude this employee displayed. This wasn’t my first unpleasant encounter with her, but this time it went too far.
I hope management takes the time to address this employee’s behavior, as her attitude negatively impacts the overall customer experience. It’s unfortunate when one staff member’s conduct overshadows the efforts of others, and I believe some corrective action would be in the best interest of the team and future customers.

I have went to this location every Friday for over 1 year (as I treat 4 teenagers to supper on this day) I spend more than $50.00 each visit and to have the staff tell me they are losing money because I WANT extra pickles and they can't accommodate it has made me decide I won't be back. Put an option on your cash register so people can have their sub made the way they want rather that losing customers.
