The worst customer service I have ever experienced at any Subway...ordered a rice bowl with chicken. The lady said we don't have that here but I can make you a salad. The absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced at a Subway. Ordered online for pickup, and all 4 subs were made incorrectly when we got home and opened them up. Some excuse that they had no chicken, so made us a club instead. Next visit and excuse, we have no ham! Kid goes on to describe how he is not allowed to prep any ham 30 minutes before close because he has to fold all the pieces and fill a container.
