The food here tends to be ok. However the staff here that I've dealt with are either wonderful or absolutely nightmarish. I've had some of my absolute worst experiences with staff at this establishment. Everything from wrong orders that took far too long that they weren't wiling to fix to waiting in the drive through at night when no one else was around for 45 minutes to get 1 sandwich, being offered extra bacon for free to make up for it, before waiting another 10 minutes to be given a cold sandwich (instead of the warm toasted one ordered) and asking if the free extra bacon was on there and being told that it wasn't but if I want it they can put it on there if I pay for it. I've had burnt bagels that were more charcoal than pastry, asked for cream cheese on my bagel and had a smear so thin it looked like my bagel was just a little bit shiny. Coffees are often not prepared properly, it's a gamble really to see if you're going to get the right thing or not, but you almost never do.

The server didn’t know how to order a sandwich without bacon. She started charging me per item. So I got charged for bread lettuce tomato turkey mayo OMG I pointed out it was adding up to more than the original sandwich. She said you didn’t want bacon so this is the cost. No it should be cheaper. I said forget it. I will go elsewhere. A I left she yelled out with attitude have a nice day !! So saucy that it prompted me to go back and ask for the manger. Drive thru service sucks!! I'm constantly repeating myself and not to be rude, but it would be great if the person taking the order could speak better English. Most times, my order is wrong. I order egg & and cheese on a bagel. NO meat on my bagel, I start driving, take out my bagel and find meat on it, I have to turn around and go thru the drive thru again telling them I DID NOT ORDER MEAT.
