Tim Hortons — Restaurant in Gander

Was going to leave 5 stars in everything, right up to the point I had to use the washroom.....dispicable.....I have never been so disgusted over the absolute carnage for a public washroom in my life. Divider(still as 6 months ago) between the urinal and the sink completely torn off(broken brakets still left on the wall). Stall door half hanging and brakets holding it to the wall broken and half falling off. And the floor in the washroom. Absolutely disgusting. The lack of cleaning in a public, restaurant washroom is diplorable, to say the least. Shoe's literally stuck to the floor as I TRIED to wash my hands in a sink with an automatic faucet that is not even attached to the sink(literally had to turn it to have the water run into the sink). Been here quite frequently and, numerous times, I had brought the extremely low standards of the wahroom condition to the attention of the staff but, there seems to be no resolution to this for months. It's high time that this establishment take some pride and do something with this. It takes very little time to replace a divider, replace broken brackets or, the very least, use a mop on the floors. Despite a rather clean eating area, the lack cleanliness of the washroom affects the total cleanliness of everything. Makes a person wonder, if they leave their public washrooms in this condition, what is the staffs washroom in the back like, and how does that affect the cleanliness of the cooking surfaces in the kitchen. We stopped into this Tim Hortons on Sept 5, 2017 after dropping my brother off at the airport. My mother in law left her wedding band on the sink in the washroom while washing her hands. The ring belonged to her mother in law so it had great sentimental value. The next day she noticed it missing and was very upset. She wondered if she left it at Tim Hortons and if someone found it and returned it to the manager and true to Gander, Newfoundland fashion someone did and we were able to retrieve the ring the next day. good and quick employees....never had to wait any longer than 5 mins every time I came here.

the donuts are awesome, my fave is the vanilla dip cus it's just too good and colorful!

the quenchers are also yummy and cold, perfect when you need a drink for a hot summer day :)

and the timbits, PERFECT!! my favorite to get is a half and half strawberry jam filled and chocolate...sometimes i'll get 40/60 but.....that's fine for me!

friendly staff, always give you your food as quick as they can.
