McDonald's — Restaurant in Gaspé

The store is physically closed. You cannot go inside!!! You have to order through drive through which is USELESS! The wait for over 10 minutes the first time I tried. I left after 10 minutes and I wasn’t even In the order line yet that I could leave!! They don’t park their customers! They don’t come out to drop off your order. Your only choice is to line up. I tried again tonight and it took is 14 minutes!!! I counted! I even took a video and sent it to McDonald’s Head Office. I went to Tim Horton’s instead and got my breakfast meal in 3 minutes and 25 seconds! I ordered through the App and I started counting from the moment I got into the store. Pretty typical McDonalds. Service is great though. Because we don’t speak French, we tried using the self ordering system there but the printer doesn’t work (apparently a known problem but why don’t they fix it?). We were pleasantly surprised when we found out that most people who work there speak English very well. The line was very big, so we went to find a table that could sit all of us and as we were doing that, one of the employees brought our order to us.
