Café La Brûlerie — Restaurant in Gatineau

I just started shopping there for coffee so I don't know all of their services & products but I just received my first online coffee order and I'm quite pleased. They texted me to make sure they prepared my order the way I wanted (whole beans, not ground) which distinguishes them as having great customer service. (I would've hated to get ground coffee when I grind it at home.) I like to buy quality products so I really appreciate it when the companies I buy from understand my order is important to me :) In store they have a wide selection of coffee beans and when the pandemic is over, I look forward to browsing. I think they roast their beans on site. Would be nice if they had more selection for online shopping but the beans I ordered taste...

As you walk in, it's unclear how things work. Seems you can either order specialty coffee or head to the back and serve yourself filter coffee. It's unclear how they know what you had since no one seems to be around. One type of mug, the kind that allows your coffee to get cold within ten minutes and mine tasted old. Excellent selection of coffee, tea, and related products. Also has an excellent selection of local and imported cheeses and specialty food products like microbrewery beer and gluten free beer. Fresh coffee and baked goods available at the café.
