Chicco Pizza — Restaurant in Gatineau

We recently visited Chicco Pizza for the first time, and unfortunately, it was also our last. Our experience was disappointing due to the poor customer service. The staff was unprofessional, with rude behavior and even yelling at customers, which made for a truly unpleasant visit.

Additionally, the pizza was overpriced for the quality provided, making the entire experience not worth the cost. I believe customer service plays a significant role in any business, and my experience here was far from acceptable.

Decent food but they randomly don’t reply to orders placed through skip the dishes. Probably the 3rd time I tried to order through them and the order sits for 20 min before skipthedishes has to cancel the order themselves because the restaurant doesn’t answer. Tried calling each time this happens and they don’t even answer...

Go meet Chef Joe! Not only does he make a great pizza, but he’s also very nice and friendly! During my latest visit, he gave me a couple of free dips!
