Le Pierrot — Restaurant in Gatineau

I asked for a poutine, my friend ordered a poutine pogo and drink for $0.50 more. I was paying for both so I told the waitress to change my order to the same thing, she acknowledged and said ok.

She printed the bill and punched in the amount on the debit machine. I noticed she had only added a poutine for me so I asked her to change my order before I paid. She told me it was impossible and said sorry, no option whatsoever to change it, or remedy the situation.. order has already been put in the system. Very confused that it was impossible to make this right, I still left a decent tip hoping she would throw in a pogo for me. I could have just used that money to pay for a pogo after this transaction was completed..

We sat down and waited for about 8 minutes, no movement in the kitchen... she finally went over the the bathrooms and yelled into them, and the cook came out immediately and prepared our order. Once we went outside to eat it, it turns out that his poutine with the pogo and drink is about the same size or arguably larger than the one I got, just in a different container... no surprise pogo for me...

Anyways, the poutines were not great. Runny gravy, fries that seemed still frozen on the inside but they were hot on the outside. I got halfway down mine and there were no cheese curds left... all in all, the experience contributed to this being the worst poutine I’ve ever had. On est des clients réguliers ( plusieurs fois par semaine) moi et mon chum. On demande un club sandwich bacon bien cuit et ca revient et notre bacon est encore blanc.. la serveuse qui est super va lui redemander de le refaire et se fait engueuler par le cook qui lui dit quil nous le referas pas et quon devrait lacher le mot bien cuit et que le bacon est déjà cuit.jetais rendu au comptoir et je lui ai repondu que cest moi le client et que je le trouve pas cuit dutout . Il ma engueuler aussi et je lai traiter dignorant. Et en plus la poutine a mon chum avait un drole de goût. Malheurement ca lair que ce nest pas la première fois que le cook a des plaintes contre lui. Cest soit que les frites sont jamais assez cuites, soit que ces patates a dejeuner ont lair de la bouette ou notre bacon est pas correct.. il vient de nous perdre comme clients et surtout que cetait tres bon avant quil change le nom pour le pierrot et les...
