I would give zero stars if I could. Waited a long time in line, the 7+ staff members were just chatting amongst themselves. There were 3+ customers in front of me already waiting to place an order when I arrived and no one greeted them or apologized for the wait. No orders were taken the whole time i was there, they seemed to be focused on drive through but orders were hardly going out there either. The wait for the drive through was at 4 mins and counting unfulfilled. Other customers in front of me left due to the long wait, eventually I gave up and left too. Employees seemed more concerned with their social time than any service. There was also a half made sandwich and some garbage on the order pick up counter that looked pretty unappetizing. Overall disappointing. Will not be returning to this location....

Read moreThey often forget parts of my order, and they also have the habit of not giving a receipt, which by law, they are obliged to offer one (it's up to you to accept it, or tell them you don't need it. ) I have had it happen more than once where I went through the drive thru, ordered, paid, checked my order in the parking lot, items were missing, so I went in to tell them things were missing, of course I had no receipt, and they always say the same thing, "do you have your receipt?, No? Well there's nothing I can do for you since you don't have it." Even though I literally just went through.
