I would give zero stars if I could. Waited a long time in line, the 7+ staff members were just chatting amongst themselves. There were 3+ customers in front of me already waiting to place an order when I arrived and no one greeted them or apologized for the wait. No orders were taken the whole time i was there, they seemed to be focused on drive through but orders were hardly going out there either. The wait for the drive through was at 4 mins and counting unfulfilled. Other customers in front of me left due to the long wait, eventually I gave up and left too. Employees seemed more concerned with their social time than any service. There was also a half made sandwich and some garbage on the order pick up counter that looked pretty unappetizing. Overall disappointing. Will not be returning to this location....

Was there today at 430 pm Most incompetent staff ive ever seen, started with them forgetting to give me items ordered, i ordered a tim club with no sauce due to allergies, start eating my sandwich then notice theres bbq mustard on it, return it and advise them im allergic to sauce hence why i asked for no sauce, while the shift manager is educating the employees on how important it is to listen to orders due to allergies the other staff brings me back the new sandwich, i go sit back down to eat my dinner, when i open it its covered in mayo, im allergic to mayo, like how hard is it to make a damn sandwich, she offered to make me a new one but seing how dumb they were the first 2 times i denied, then offered me a refund but at that point i was furious, DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS...

They often forget parts of my order, and they also have the habit of not giving a receipt, which by law, they are obliged to offer one (it's up to you to accept it, or tell them you don't need it. ) I have had it happen more than once where I went through the drive thru, ordered, paid, checked my order in the parking lot, items were missing, so I went in to tell them things were missing, of course I had no receipt, and they always say the same thing, "do you have your receipt?, No? Well there's nothing I can do for you since you don't have it." Even though I literally just went through.
