Update: after going through the rest of my reviews, I dropped the rating from 4 stars to 3 stars. For the price I paid for the pizza (even from 1 year ago), it was simply too expensive for the quality and quantity of the food I received.
First time here and I had the Aloha pizza (which was basically Hawaiian with a few extra vegetable toppings). The food was good and filling, the pizza itself was really thin though & it was difficult to eat. But still quite delicious
The dish was a little expensive, but these days it's difficult to find good prices for the food we order out.
The menu style was something new to me & they were QR code menus. I personally prefer regular menus. Finally, there wasn't an English section in the menu & luckily I know enough French to get around - the waiters and waitresses are friendly and help out with any language barrier issues.
Overall a pleasant experience, it was just a bit ruined by uninvited wasp guests during the summer (not Pizzaza's fault by any means). The outdoors patio seating we were at was nice other than the few wasps that decided...
Read moreToday I went with my coworkers to celebrate one of our colleagues being promoted. This place shocked me with the amount of beautiful space they had at the back and that was the only neat thing about it. I had order pasta and some of my colleagues salad and pizzas. My pasta was swimming in olive oil, as were the salads and the pizza were oily too. The food tasted great and that's why this place has 3 stars. The wait was a little long but as we were a big group, that was understandable. The other thing was our waiter didnt refill our drink until we told him to. The food is overpriced for the size that you're receiving. The pizzas looked no bigger than those paper plates you buy at the dollar store. For one of my colleagues, it was in fact slightly smaller. The food does smell great and the atmosphere is enjoyable. If going for drinks and chitchat this is the place to be. I think if ur trying to get full ... look elsewhere. Hope this review...
Read moreSub-par all the way. Went there for work lunch with a colleague. Although we had made reservations, there was a mix up and they did not have our table for two ready and they needed to arrange for another table for us. We both ordered pizzas. My colleague’s pizza was a bit under done and soggy and mine was very wet and felt like the dough was raw in the middle. You cannot be a pizza place and not have figured out how to bake pizzas. Once I was able to flag down our waiter, he did offer to have my pizza redone. Additionally, the ingredients were not fresh. I ordered a pizza that had figs as one of the ingredients. The figs were dried figs and upon baking some of them became like hard pieces of burnt candy. You cannot be charging $26 for a personal pizza and not have fresh ingredients. All in all, the service was average, the food subpar and the prices too expensive for what is being offered. I would...
