I've been a regular customer for a while now. They stay open late and deliver even late night so getting something decent to eat is never an issue. Their burgers are always topped just right. For a quebecois-style poutine I've yet to find a better place. Their gyros are wonderful--nice and fresh even including tzatziki sauce. Salads are nice and fresh and I often find myself ordering the chicken caesar.
I will admit there are better places to get nachos, if you're into that sort of thing.
Delivery is fairly normal; anywhere between 30 to 45 minutes. That's not too big of an issue since another local joint--Pizza Presto--takes about the same time to deliver to me, despite being a lot less distant.
Prices can vary from moderate to a bit expensive? It's hard to qualify that depending on what you order--a large poutine with extra cheese(my absolute favorite) usually runs close to $20. Most will say that's absolutely ridiculous--and it's hard to say otherwise--but it's a bit of a guilty pleasure of mine since it is absolutely delicious.
Overall they're not bad. A lot of people seem to come down on them hard but really I have found places that are far, far worse. If I had to rate them on a number scale I'd end up saying :
Food is a 6.5/10 -- Not superb by any stretch but far from horrible. A bit above average in most things, save their poutine. Oh my god the poutine

Have been a regular for about 2 yrs. Am even friends with a couple cooks now. Yet, even I have been sheisted likewise regularly. This is the 3rd time now that I’ve agreed to buy a pizza that another customer never picked up for a ‘discounted’ price only to later find out that I overpaid in some way or another. Last time I paid 12$ for a pizza regularly 14$, adding to my chicken Greek salad. The pizza was burnt having clearly been in oven too long, and salad didn’t have chicken (even though I asked for salad without chicken for reduced cost and they refused!!). Lettuce in salad was on verge of going bad too. Image attached.
I understand trying to turn a profit this way with an inebriated customer who won’t be back nor remember anyway perhaps. But I am clearly neither of those. It’s unfortunate, and I have since gone from a solid 2 visits a week to 2 a month max. What else can I say…...
Read moreWhen it was prime COVID times like 2020-2021, this was the best place to get a poutine. Like everytime I wanted a poutine I would UBEREATS from this place and it was always a 10/10. I only stopped ordering to cut off carbs and save on money. But yesterday my mom and I were craving poutine and so of course I thought of this place and ordered without hesitation. Tell me why I got it and it was horrible. Majority’s of the fries were undercooked, limp and like not crispy at all while there was some that were, the gravy was sour I don’t even know why. Also it was like sticking to the container and kept peeling off with it. Maybe I ordered on a bad day, but if anything had changed I’m begging them to go back to the ways they did things in the early 2020’s because this was not...
