We go to Tim Hortons a lot, both in Ontario, Quebec and also in other provinces when we're traveling. Never in my life have I been treated so badly, had worst service, been subjected to such rude, uncaring or unfriendly staff in all my years of being a Tims customer. Avoid this location at all costs! I understand things can get really busy on weekends, but that happens to many fast-food locations and not just to Timmies. Have more staff or better yet train them to know what they're doing and how they should treat their customers. If you go to this location.... Not only should you be prepared for insane wait times, but be prepared to have your order screwed up, and then be ignored when you have to park your car, go inside and try to get someone to help you.... heck, forget about getting help, I'd settle for someone to just actually speak to me while I stand waiting for 15 mins at the pickup counter... They will ignore you, and if you try to stop someone, he/she will say "not their problem". My hubby and I both ordered through the APP. The lady taking the drive-thru orders was rude, they couldn't find my order in their system even though I'm looking at it on my phone and have the email receipt, then when the guy gave us my hubby's order, he dropped it on the floor, didn't even apologize, hubby had to get out of the car to pick his food up off the ground.... Any other decent restaurant would at this point be sincerely apologizing and/or volunteering to remake the order.... Then I go inside to try to figure out what happened to my order, I stand there for 15 minutes at the pickup counter being completely ignored, hubby comes in and had to go through a few employees to get to talk to the manager, who by the way was getting stopped by other complaining customers and dealing with them too. Then finally the manager sorts it out and give us my order.... Over 30 mins of our lives wasted that we'll never get that back.... There was another guy next to me that waited 25 mins at the pickup counter to get 2 coffees.... Seriously? This place is worth negative stars, but I'm forced to at least give it a 1 star to post...

A nice black thin guy who was behind teller took my order which was lemon chicken salad and small decafe, he didn't undrstand English and I speak little French, he was so nice and took his time to take my order, since I have health issues (fatty liver and cholestrol) I asked him not to add dressing on th salad, he couldn't understand that and I struggled to explain to him what is dressing means then I used th word syrup and he got it and said ok, ofcoarse I don't blame this nice guy if he didn't understand my order. A white guy got me my decafe and said have a good day with a smile. I waited few minutes for my salad to come, then a black lady who prapared it came and gave it to. Unfortunatelly, she added dressing on it, ok mistakes happened, not big deal, I told her sorry, but I asked no dressing, she looked at me with attitude and said no one told me and gave me her back and went away!!!! WOOW! Another black lady but nice one was standing close by and witnessed what happened and she looked at me with sympathy but didn't do anything. I wouldn't argue or make a fight over a salad, so I told that nice black lady thank you but I don't need it and took my cafe and went sitting on a table. I heard her calling that rude lady but I didn't care. I have a positive personality and wouldn't let anything to ruin my day. I stayed inside for about one hour. While I am geting out I noticed that my salad still there on the counter LOL, which means, all the staff including the manager saw that salad and knew the story behind it but the manager looks like same as that rude lady don't know how to be nice and have no idea what customer...

Went to get it sorted and ask for manager because they were so busy and the person didn't want to be bothered. No manager they told me to call. This was 10:15 am. I have been calling since. Line just rings and rings and then hangs up. Contacted through online app because I did do mobile order. Nope they can't help have to be at store. I explained what happened and nothing they can't help. So I paid all that money for nothing.
I ordered the sausage maple brown butter box. They put bacon, I don't eat bacon so forget that. I ordered a large moka and paid the extra for wipe cream. No wipe cream and moka is cold. OK I'll warm it at home. Still up wipe cream that costed 70 cents more. And this was my treat because zi never get wipe cream. Lastly I ordered for the kids 2 double stuffed ore ice capp, a large and a small. Well I got 2 regular ice caps.
Its 11:53 writing this and still no response from the store. What a waste.
Edit: Sep 14 6:06 pm after reading the owner's response. I contacted them via the link they provided and they essentially gave me the same run around. Speak to someone at the store. Since yesterday, staff is saying no manager is available and I should phone in. I've done so multiple times no one answers and the line rings and rings then hangs up. No ability to leave voicemail.
I really don't thing Tim Hortons wants to recitify...
