Beautiful park, well maintained and I love that it's divided into two parks. One area for small dogs and one for large. Great bench placements in the shade and lots of sunny and shady play areas. Unfortunately, my dogs caught kennel cough from there. They're first dog park visit in 4 years and they both got sick. The Park needs to be closed down for several weeks or months to allow the soil to filter out the virus. We had no contact with other dogs and there was no other change in our routine. The park is contaminated. Beware, kennel cough can kill toy breed dogs and senior dogs. Wish I could go back but my $1300 vet bill and the health of my dogs is more important.
Dog owners, PLEASE, keep your coughing dogs at home for 10 days after the cough is gone, stay out of Parks and away from other dogs...
