Ordered through drive through Ordered combo #6 bacon breakfast on English muffin with. Medium DD Order #7 bacon breakfast wrap with medium coffee 2 cream. Employer repeated order back to me over speaker then I drove up to window and I asked again for order to be repeated back to me that that time I realized that the second coffee order was incorrect, which the employee corrected right away Upon receiving my food order I noticed the hashbrowns that come with both breakfast combos that I ordered where not know the bag, at which time I had a different employee come to window to see what I was waiting for when I told her we were missing the hashbrowns the second employee told me I did not order them to which I corrected her that I did, the employee them turned abruptly away from the drive thru window grabbed 2 hashbrowns then came back handed them to me with no bag just 2 hashbrowns then proceeded to tell me I did not order them combos so I wasn't charged for the hashbrowns but she would give them to me. At this time not only did myself but my passenger corrected her and said yes we did plus had order repeated back to us twice. The employee then closed the drive thru window and talked to the 3 window staff that were just standing there. Not impressed with service or the way I was treated by employees this is not the first time i have and an incident like this at this location especially over a weekend when most staff that are working are young adults that are more interested in talking to other staff instead of listening to customers order while working drive thru at busy times

Read moreEmployees through drive thru I have noticed for work do not listen clearly to the people ordering and do not mention when they don't have a certain thing until after the order. When they deal with a difficult customer they put someone else on the line instead of dealing with it themselves making their burden someone else's problems. Never happened to me personally but whenever going through drive thru this happens to people ahead of me. Not very good customer service as yesterday we went in to order three girls were just standing there staring at us doing nothing nome of them coming up to the cash to take our orders we stood there for a good 5 minutes or more while they were just talking in the back. To make things worse I ordered a Chipotle Cheddar Chicken wrap and walked all the way home as our vehicle is being fixed in the shop to find they made me pay for a full price wrap with no cheese! And no chipotle but a bunch of mayonnaise! Which isn't meant to be on that kind of wrap and there was barely any chicken. All because the girls were talking in the back rushing not paying attention. When I came back to the order counter a customer who had just come in was ordering, with a mask hanging on his arm and not on his face. The staff member serving him said nothing to him. When I got to the counter next to order, I was not asked for proof of vaccination or photo ID. I placed my order, got it and left. Total lack of adherence to and enforcement of the posted COVID rules by businesses and individuals is one of the reasons the Province is in the sorry state it is with rising case numbers.
