Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Owen Sound

Order 192- Just waited for almost an hour (which is fine, things happen) on a delivery that was placed online for delivery. Tracker didn't work at all. The order never came because even though you'd assume delivery is done directly via little caesars since it says nothing different on the app or website, its actually done through doordash. We don't have drivers in our town after 9 pm, on a rare miracle of a chance you'll find one until 10... Its ridiculous that you would still offer delivery if you aren't 100% sure your product will make it to the customer. Phoning the number given is also useless. When explaining what happened I was genuinely told " well if its not there tomorrow we can give a refund" then I was told the best they could do is let me go pick it up and refund delivery charges. Eventually he said he'd give the refund but it wasn't done. Very disappointing, I feel bad for anyone who tries to order delivery after me since it says its...

Horrible service; ordered at 7:07PM for delivery, called back at 8:07PM asking how much longer my order was going to take, the guy on the phone said the delivery guy was leaving right now! I was told an half n hour wait! No discount given; delivery guy is great and handed us italian bread as a complimentary for the wait. He explained that the store hadn't called him to let him know the order was there and ready. When we recieved our pizza it was 8:30PM. Once we opened the boxes of pizza the bottom of the boxes were soaked in grease and our toppings on our pizza fell off, I believe the pizza was soggy from the grease or undercooked. $45 worth of pizza wasted! I used to love Little Caesars but more and more I find them to be a bit of a dice roll, the interaction with the people are always fine no problems with those. However the food is always hit or miss, i usually get a medium pepperoni and an order of crazy bread when i can. On various occasions the pizza has been slightly burnt or it hasnt been cut all the way and other times it has been fine, the same goes for the crazy bread, sometimes it is soft and delicious and others it can be extremely hard.
