Customer service over the phone was awful. I called this 844 number to notify the store of a wrong order and to hopefully arrange the right order. I got transferred to the customer service line... Odd. Due to purchasing my order in person rather than over the phone the lady refused to help me. I asked her to transfer me back to the store which she also refused to do. She told me I would need to go back to the store to fix my issue after I was already at home.
I called this number back and the second lady said that my customer service issue was above her and that she couldn't do anything to help me (clearly there's a reason she's not in customer service).
My experience was just bad and no one would help me fix my issue. I've worked customer service and it's not hard to please people after a mistake..
My boyfriend and I decided to just eat the meal anyways since we were starving and it was wet, soggy and dripping all over. I will not be spending my money at Pizza...

Great pizza place! I've been coming here over the years and not one time have they screwed up! Delicious pizza, thirst-quenching drinks, great service.
I wish I could meet the manager to tell them how great business is running at this branch. I know people say Pizza Pizza is "Ontario's #1", but you should honestly consider coming here.
You give the best quality of cooking and it's never stale. I wouldn't be surprised if this is one of the best profits in Keswick.
As for the environment, it's so cool how you have the tomato sauce cans all stacked up on the wall and good ambience of colors, too! If I felt like pizza, I would let this place grow on me and give more of a chance because this...

We just ordered 2 pizza’s from the pizza Nova website with their 2 medium 2 topping pizza deal for $19.99 and first of all the total cost turned out to be $30 and the website screwed up our order by putting all the toppings on one of the pizzas and leaving the other one plain! We had very specific details for each pizza to be cooked differently and they were both terrible with barely cooked toppings and flimsy slices of dough. This was so upsetting and when we tried to call to fix it, the employee was so rude and uncooperative and didn’t help at all! Not to mention the delivery took so long.
