KFC — Restaurant in Georgina

Sharing our awful experience at this KFC location in Keswick. We walked into this KFC location to find another couple frustrated waiting for their food. While we waiting at the front desk, the manager ignored us, instead the manager argued with a young man serving the window, once again totally ignoring us. After 15 mins I asked the employee serving the window/drive thru to help us out as it was now 7:26pm. We ordered a 12 pc bucket with some additional items which totalled $46.59. The young man went back to confirm our order when we heard the manager yell at him why he took our order and asked him to go back to us and cancel our order. The managers reason was due to no chicken. I asked the young man to call his manager who refused to come to the front desk, saying she was too busy. After she sent 2 other employees. The 3rd employee we spoke to said there was in fact chicken, but they didn’t want to cook it as they were closing at 8:30pm. I said there is over 1 hour before you close why are you not serving your customers. Only after I advised that I would contact head office to report the poor service and unwillingness to serve the customer did they agree to prepare the chicken. Which we waited another 25 mins. They lock their doors early because theyre lazy. They close at 9 it's locked before 830 no one at the counter they all hide in the back. They run out of chicken every day at 8 and never order enough for later they cheap out on inventory to sell out early. They dont refund online orders when they cant fulfill your order and worst of all they're so cheap akd greedy they dont even attempt to offer discounts or coupons or ANYTHING complimektary or at a reduced cost. They will offer to give you chicken fingers because they DON'T ever sell out. Those are all they have left after 8 no gravy and sometimes no fries. They wont even give a free dip most times even though theyre already not goving you the value you paid for. I called in to order food ahead and when I was ten minutes nites laye they gave it away to someone else. They claimed calling me but theres no record of a call and I never received one. They place NO priority on you as a customer and couldn't care less. NO customer service they dont even do half of their jobs. Just selling minimal chicken and passing customers by. PLEASE READ MY REVIEW AND UPDATE!! WOW, drive-thru closed yet again in the afternoon!! A fabulous way to run a business! Needless to say I took my business to McDonald's, their drive-thru was OPEN!!! I am not going to waste my time going to KFC Keswick anymore!! NOTE: I had to give a 1 star rating otherwise I could not post my Review!! NO STAR ESTABLISHMENT KFC Keswick!!

Decided to give this location another chance last night Oct. 24th/24. Thank-you for the case of FOOD POISIONING from your famous chicken burger. I had thought that they gave me the spicy version by mistake because the chicken fillet was so, so dark brown. It must have sat in the basket for a LONG TIME and was refried and refried over and over. Thank-you for the experience of throwing up time after time last night after eating that burger!!! Maybe the health unit should shut this location down???!!! I WILL NEVER EAT/BUY FROM THE KESWICK KFC LOCATION AGAIN!!!
