Oriental Delight — Restaurant in Georgina

Ordered my dinner tonight. Asked many times to make my sure one dish was just beef with broccoli. I don't want beef/broccoli and mixed veggies. I was assured that it was beef and broccoli and paid extra to upgrade my dish. Got my food and sure enough beef..broccoli...carrots and onions. I call to ask and was told this is their beef with broccoli. Ummm no I asked just for beef and broccoli. After many times back and forth on hold (which I feel sorry for the poor girl taking orders) I was told that they can replace the dish but want this one back and it would take 25/30mins to deliver. I mentioned that I would like my family to eat while it's hot and not wait. Basically came down to they should have mentioned that it comes with other veggies. This place has steadily been going downhill everytime I've come here its worse than the time before. I even stop going here for about a year. been going to Jade Garden instead there food is fresher and better tasting. Then the wife decided let's try them again see if they've changed and it's even worse than I can imagine zero flavor to the food. I've been going there since it opened when Mary used to own it and the food was always great. Today I went there and there was 8 people standing inside and 3 inside the doorway. The drivers go in and out the front door without masks. I asked one of the drivers why he wasn't wearing a mask and he said no I don't wear a mask and said I should mind my own business. I said that my health is my business and he told me I should shut my mouth. If the food tasted good I might let it pass but unfortunately the food was the worst I ever had from there.
