Quick Pizza — Restaurant in Georgina

Tried to place an order with Quick Pizza about a month ago and the experience was honestly unbelievable. We called in and were put on hold right away, which we totally understand can happen when a restaurant is busy. But the problem is that we were left on hold for over 10 minutes — not once, but multiple times.

We stayed patient and continued waiting because we genuinely wanted to support them and figured they were just overwhelmed. After the second long wait, someone finally picked up … only to put us right back on hold again without even speaking to us. At this point, we’d already been waiting for nearly half an hour — which, ironically, is more than enough time for them to have made the pizza and delivered it.

When the employee finally came back on the line, he didn’t apologize, didn’t explain the wait, and didn’t even try to take our order. Instead, he bluntly told us that he didn’t want to deliver anymore and was “done with it for the night.”

That was it. No apology, no offer for pickup, nothing. Just outright refusal.

If they weren’t accepting delivery orders anymore, they should have been upfront about that from the beginning instead of wasting 30 minutes of our time. Luckily I was stuck on a long drive and had the time to spare — but that doesn’t excuse the complete lack of professionalism. Absolutely awful customer service and a disappointing...

iv grown up in the town of Keswick. I went to public school down the street ,everyday the line up of not students but parents and some times even the teachers couldn't resist, also going to Keswick high school located on the same street not only did i become lets just say a pizza-aholic lol to say the least but proud to call the owner Hammond and his brothers friends of mine my family and the community-they have done so much sponsoring for schools events ,Canada day and the list goes on but this is all great stuff especially the endless support they have given and still give to our wonderful town-but hey people don't take my word for it.,There pizza is literally hands down the best AND UNLIKE MOST PLACES THER MORE FAIR PRICE WISE and the opposite of most pizza places sometimes u actually have to tell them not so many great fresh toppings-i know it sounds a little much or like im being paid for this review, i promise you im not just don't want anyone who passes threw my beautiful home town not to miss out of the best pizza ,wings and much more cause the easier or bigger signs of pizza pizza are hard to miss-trust me there is no comparison -thanks for the fundraisers ,donations and charitable work you guys do-proud to call u friends but even prouder to say you guys deserve n worked hard for every word iv put...

Discovered Quick Pizza only recently...just moved to Keswick, and one day, on the way home from work, 40 mins out, felt for pizza and did a quick check online and Quick Pizza popped up as the first on my radar, so funny in retrospect, because there were quite a few others apparently on the way, ..having passed them while heading there... I've never heard of Quick Pizza before but decided to give it a try anyway! My pizza was ready on time, as the name implied, and was still hot, the portions of the different selected toppings were so very generous, and the pizza itself was well done and absolutely delicious! Yummy! My husband and I were totally satisfied and enjoyed every bite. It's a small, more home - style, local pizza place, but you receive very efficient service from a very polite, courteous, and respectful customer service crew. Quick Pizza is definitely worth raving over. Their pizza is quality, and the price is good, and our second time around ordering from there instead of one of the others is proof enough. If you're in the area and haven't been there as yet, you simply must stop by there! We surely will! Trust me, they won't...
