Every time I go through the drive through I am asked to park and wait for 5 minutes. Last week, thinking it would be faster than the drive through, I went and ordered in store and waited at least 15 minutes for my food. Today, in a last-ditch attempt to see if there's any way this location can put the "fast" in fast food, I actually ordered Pickup through Skip The Dishes! What could go wrong! Skip estimated that the food would be ready in 20 minutes which is ridiculous but I went along with it. When I arrived at the store at the suggested time, my food wasn't ready. I waited another 15 minutes for it because they hadn't even started it. 35 minutes total. This restaurant is always dirty, there's always take out cups and glass mugs on the counters along with coffee cup sleeves and other garbage. They appear to be understaffed every time I go so this isn't a dig to the overworked employees, but upper management seriously needs to provide better support and funding to hire more staff. I always see at least one or two people doing more than one job. Also today there was a random guy on a ladder causing a major traffic block in the kitchen, and at one point I literally saw his boot touch a food prep counter. Disgusting. A&W is my favourite fast food chain of all time I just wish this location would receive the support it needs to operate...

Music. Ok you are young. Maybe I don't like that dance club music but I hate it pounding my head for over-volume.
Coupons have exactly what you are offering fully printed on them. Young eyes should be able to read them as well when I'm ordering an option included as you would be expecting me to if I showed up an hour or a day past expiry.
Again with the time. After making a customer wait a painfully long time to order it is expected that you not then wait to get their money in hand to tell them it'll be 19 more minutes for #@$& poutine. You seemed to be that long doing the same thing for the customer ahead, making me wait for their order, so you darn-well knew.
This cunning business trick sickens me and should be outright advertised to the public as deceptive by people like me.
Are you doing so well that the customer is no longer how you stay in business. It might be worthy of a look at your offering, all of it, if you think positive feedback would have been better.
Imagine how this horrible experience must have been this bad to illicit this much return-disrespect 14 hours later.

Read moreThis location is hit and miss and tonight was a miss! I ordered chicken fingers and onion rings. The onion rings were covered in spice, which I did not ask for, and if it’s the way they are usually seasoned then it was way too much and super salty, so much so I had to throw them out. As for the chicken fingers they were small, very thin and more breading than chicken. I used to really enjoy A&W but the food quality is declining.
I’ve been to this location in the past as well and ordered a large chicken sandwich and the inside was raw and cold! Literally uncooked!! I brought it back directly to the restaurant and they remade a different sandwich for me however this should have never happened in the first place…it is a health hazard and I could have gotten extremely sick from it.
There needs to be better quality control and more attention to food preparation.
I likely won’t return to this location. Tonight I paid approximately $16 for a small meal I only ate half of due to the quality. Nice people and service, but too many food preparation...
