I placed and PAID for an order through their website, received the text receipt of the order, email confirmation of the order and it showed $20 from my bank account to Mucho Burrito and they said they didn't receive the order so they wouldn't give us the order. So my son had to order another one and PAY AGAIN! It's my Birthday tonight. Thanks Mucho Burrito for f'ing it up!! š¤ It was the OWNER who decided to STEAL my money from me. I will edit this when/if he refunds it. I spoke with Danielle on the phone at the store and her hands were tied, but she handled the situation well so I thank her very much for at least listening and understanding.
EDIT: It's been 24 hours and after talking to their employees last night AND I sent an email last night to the owner as I can't call from work, I have NOT heard anything back AND when I checked my account they processed MY $20.
EDIT: After not receiving a reply from the owner I sent an email to the Head Office of MB which is when suddenly, I was refunded the money & gifted a free regular size burrito. However, the owner had their employee (Danielle again) call me to tell me a refund was available rather than handling it themselves. It honestly makes me feel suspicious. I don't plan on ordering here anymore after this experience & if we do, we DEFINITELY won't pay in advance. I think it's wrong to withhold a customer's money & order based upon their faulty system - why should the customer be punished for it when we were able to show our receipt in multiple ways. It's just wrong and causes the customer extra time to deal with this when it's not our fault. They need to change their policy on this - if receipts can be shown from their end, then honour YOUR commitment to fulfill the order. Period. For all these reasons I am not altering my 1...

The lady who was making our burritos didn't understand what I said at first which was perfectly fine. I clarified the order saying I wanted a $10 value meal and a mucho burrito, I don't think she understood again so she went to get a manger. I had no problem with the woman who took our order however, the manager came out raising her voice at us and was very rude. She told us how we could not get a mucho with the value meal... then I explained that it was a value meal AND a mucho burrito. The manager went back into the kitchen after being rude to myself, my friend and the employee who took our order. The lady who took our order went back to making the burritos then, the manager came out again and repeatedly told us we could only get a chicken torta or a small burrito for the value meal. My friend and I stated we asked for a SMALL BURRITO value meal when we first ordered. We were very unhappy when we had to repeat to the manager 4 times that we ordered the small burrito for the meal and NOT a chicken torta. Ā Ā Ā Read moreDecided to have a burrito one time and had the worst culinary experience so far. They were 'out' of half the ingredients listed in their toppings menu at 3:00 pm on a Saturday. Past all of this, the server assembling the burrito rotated the plate 90 degrees before putting it together. Half my burrito was rice... Then a splash of veggies and finally a hit of all the meat and sauce.
We ordered a sandwich in the same session. They told us their oil was cold (after we paid for it) blaming the morning staff "they didn't turn it on". They said it'll take 20 minutes to heat it up. 25 minutes later, and only after inquiring, they started cooking the chicken, telling us it'll take 10 more minutes. Their new excuse "I thought you didn't want it anymore".
The staff were also munching on the nachos (no gloves), pulling down their masks.
I've been here before, but the servers were better. Still had missing ingredients. The salads here have been okay, because a toddler could assemble stuff in a bowl.
