Do not order from here the new owners are very stingy. the food here is dry with absolutely no toppings they are soo cheap. I'm going to make a formal complaint to the franchise as well. they are so cheap on the toppings its like eating carboard dough that's all. The only good thing from this store is that garlic dip and cheddar jalapeno. food is awful This new Indian owner just wants to make money and tell his workers to not put adequate toppings on your pizza lets face it no one wants to eat dough and cheese with no sauce you literally have to say extra base sauce every time even if you double the topping and say times 2 there is still literally nothing on the pizza. Do not order from here the previous reviews are from when the Russian lady owned this place the food was amazing and I would order literally 3 times a week and not from now. I placed an order for pizza and picked it up about 20 minutes later. When I got home, I was really disappointed—the pizza was very thin, the crust was hard and almost burnt, and the vegan cheese I had specifically ordered (and always get) was missing.

I called customer service right away, but unfortunately, the experience there was just as frustrating. I was told I could only get a replacement pizza that same evening, but I explained that I couldn’t come back because I had to get up early for work. I asked if I could pick it up the next day instead, but was told no. The only other option was a $10 credit, even though I had paid $22 for the pizza. When I asked to speak with a manager, the same representative came back on the line and said those were the only options.

Okay, so, first off, I usually order from different Pizza Pizza places and never have problems, right? Anyway, I ordered online for pickup, and when I got there, I told the guy I had an online order and forgot to add brownies, so I asked him to add them. He said sure, and I paid. When I got my order, he just tossed the dips and wedges on top of the box, and one fell on the floor. But that wasn't even the worst part. He didn't give me the brownies, so I asked, and he looked confused, like I never mentioned it. I asked if he added it to the bill, and he said no and pulled out the machine. I was done, so I just left. Later, I checked my receipt, and the online order was $22, but I was charged more.
