Edit: Updating this review every time this store does something hilariously idiotic.
Twice now I have ordered things and they’ve been wrong or completely missing. First time I ordered 9 honey dip and 4 chocolate glazed timbits to share with my friend, and we received 3 chocolate glazed and 6 birthday cake. ): Which was sad because the birthday cake timbits are disgusting. Second time I ordered a smile cookie and a honey crueller for my mother and I, and they were both missing. They also never include straws when ordering an Iced Capp, which is a bit difficult to drink without one. All it takes is for someone to double check the bag before sending it out.
9/10/2024 Update: Still constant issues with this location. Constantly forgetting sandwiches, paying for extra mayonnaise just to receive none. If I had any choice as to what store got assigned orders, it would never be this one. I can guarantee the only reason this store can still pay its rent is from the amount of money they rip off from customers lol.
9/27/2024: Ordered two breakfast sandwiches. A sausage egg and cheese on a biscuit, and a sausage egg and cheese on an English muffin, both with an extra slice of cheese. Received two sausage egg and cheese sandwiches both on a biscuit, but miraculously they BOTH had two sausage patties for some reason instead of an extra slice of cheese. Read moreI never write bad review but this establishment has earned this bad review . I work in the same industry so I do understand people make mistakes but this location is absolutely terrible 😢. I order from them 3-4 times a week for delivery because I don’t drive. I have yet to receive an order that isn’t missing some thing and got a call saying “ we don’t have this “ I’m actually not exaggerating every single TIME! I ordered today and I was missing 4 of my items 4 on top of the call saying they didn’t have 2 of the items I wanted to order so that’s zero orders out of 65 orders dating back that have been incorrect. This is sad even the driver when I met him outside said he hates dealing with the stores because there’s always some thing wrong and the service is terrible and yes it is. I also walk to store and go in once twice a week and it seems there to busy talking to one another and getting their breaks then taking care of there guests. I will be speaking with a manager tomorrow because today I had enough and called the store but I think it’s so bad the owner needs to step in. Read moreI ordered a breakfast sandwich and a maple bacon cheese croissant and a small black coffee. Got home to find 2 breakfast sandwiches not toasted and cold. I took them back. They took the 1 sandwich I took back and stuck it in the microwave while they made my maple bacon croissant. When that was made, they then stuck both of them back in the microwave. You do not microwave a croissant it turns soggy and not pleasant to eat. But the disturbing part is that they reused the food that I took back instead of making fresh. While I was standing there, I watched the cashier handle my sandwich and no gloves. I'm sure that the next person who ordered a classic bacon sandwich on a muffin got the other one that I took back cause they did not throw it out. The breakfast was terrible if I had of known no toaster I would have ordered different because there is nothing worse then a raw English muffin that has been microwaved twice, we didn't eat it just threw it in the garbage. By the time I got home, my coffee was cold and not enjoyable. I expected more from Tim Hortons, for what I paid and what I received and could not eat it was bad.
