My family and I have visited this location for years and always loved the quality. I'm not sure what's going on there but it has been significantly on the downhill and after yesterday I will not be returning. First the lady taking my order was rude and tried rushing me, I let it go. The very friendly lady at the window was trying to talk to me about how she just started there and was getting cut eye from the manager or whoever the rude one was taking my order. She then went from wearing no gloves preparing meals to come touch the drive thru screen and went back to handle food without washing her hands. I then got my order, drove off and decided to eat a few fries in the car with my daughter. I let go of the fact that they were stale. The first fry I pull out and it had a black curly hair wrapped around it. I was absolutely disgusted, so I turned right around and went back through the drive thru. As I went back I showed them my fry with a black hair wrapped around it. (I should mention that no one in my family has black hair, i myself have red hair and my daughter has light brown shorter hair) The lady who had originally been rude to me and took my order decided to tell me that it's "hard to believe that a hair ended up in my food". Trying to insinuate that I purposely put the hair there myself. I told her it looks just like your curly black hair that isn't even properly in a hair net. She shook her head and said ok fine. We placed an order for take out and was told it would be a few min. After some time was then told it would be about another 15 min. While we watched door dashers and skip the dishes come and go while we waited patiently for our dinner. Not impressed that the customers that take the time coming to pick up food are the last to be served and wait the longest. Once we got our food we took it home to feed our family. The onion rings where soggy and the batter not cooked (not crispy) then when i cut into the chicken breast i ordered the chicken was bloody and raw inside. My little son ate his drumstick before i could check it but when i looked at it it to was bloody. So i will be watching him tonight for salmonella food poisoning.
