We decided to try out this new restaurant & I was hoping to have my taste buds awoken but unfortunately it didn't happen. I'd like to start with positives.. Our waiter I forgot his name but he was fantastic!!! Really made our experience at the restaurant a great one. The restaurant itself is beautiful with an amazing atmosphere. Sumac Sour Cocktail had mine made with Gin and it was one of the best cocktails I have had. Food on the other hand... Not sure if it's because I have a foodie palate but my husband & I found the food to be bland. Appetizer was the bone marrow.. There was not enough bone marrow to spread not even on the smallest corner of my bread.. & definitely was not enough to share with my partner. Waiter was nice to offer us another one on the house. The 2nd one was alot better even the presentation. My main was the braised short rib.. When I think braised short rib I think super tender it was the opposite of that & cold with little flavour. Husband had the 8oz steak also again very very very bland and chewy. Dessert was alright. Presentation is beautiful but I find when it comes to the flavours of the dishes they need to be improved. I would come back maybe once they're more established & try it out again because we really did like the atmosphere & there are not many restaurants like this out here.

On Friday, July 21st I took my partner to Cork and Coast. We had a fantastic experience. Welcomed in with such familiarity and grace to our table. Our server, Natalie guided us through the drink and food menu with clarity and poise. She brought me a tasting of two wines I couldn't choose between and together we chatted about what would pair more with the featured meal on highlight for the evening. My partner and I had a lovely light appetizer before our mains and we enjoyed a dessert. All of it was lovely and so intricately prepared for the guest. The dining experience was sensational as the food caused us to eat slow and revel in the flavours coming together. I was so impressed with their cocktail options at the end of the dining experience as well! Seriously innovative and fresh! I had an apricot smash, and it was sublime. I could come back even for just the cocktails as the ingredients were so novel. The beer options were incredible as well, Karen enjoyed her Tesla's Revenge IPA from Broken Rail Brewery in St.Marys with tasting notes of Mango, Papaya and Grapefruit. Yum. I highly recommend visiting Cork and Coast and discovering the talents of Chef Wyatt as his dishes provoke the innate desire we as humans have to sip, savor, and allow our stimulus to guide us through these incredible meals.

Amazing location, incredible tasty food. Service excellent. By reading all those negative reviews We went there expecting to be disappointed, but were very impressed. Our server was very knowledgeable and following his recommendations we ordered the Sunday special beef roast. Waw that was so tasty, I haven’t had this delicious food in a while. The portion was big, by the time we finished with it we were so full. Even my kids enjoyed their burgers with homemade fries. My kids are saying it is the best restaurant they have been at. Cork and Coast it is a real gem we had discovered today and we will be back again. If you are looking for some amazing dining experience, give them a try and you will not regret it.

What an amazing experience my wife & I shared at Cork & Coast while visiting the area for our anniversary. From start to finish, the staff was welcoming & extremely attentive. Seating us on our own, away from anyone else, in front of a gorgeous fireplace so that we could celebrate our occasion was a nice touch. The food was incredible throughout the entire meal; well-thought out & balanced, with the pride in taste & presentation evident. One of the most enjoyable experiences we've had in a very long time. Thank You so much to the entire C&C team for making our evening special & memorable. Cant wait to come again!

After a very long time of planning i had the chance to visit cork and coast. And, it was immensely satisfying. Our server Natalie was very attentive and quite a joy to interact with. Being a chef when i read the menu and decided what i wanted i kind of imagined how it would taste. But, when I actually got to try it i was blown away. Being a foodie myself the service was very heartfelt. Congratulations to Wyatt the owner of the restaurant and the staff members. I would remember this experience for a life time.

We dined here for our anniversary a few days ago and haven't stopped talking about how it was one of the best meals we've had. Everything about it was excellent. The yellowfin crudo, steak and chicken were all amazing and very reasonably priced for fine dining. Our server was very friendly, attentive and knowledgeable. The restaurant itself is beautiful too, inside a historical home with antique fireplaces and stained glass windows. If only we didn't live 3 hours away, we'd be back for every occasion!
