I had an extremely disappointing experience at this place. Upon entering, I was met with what seemed like racial profiling, and the owner was incredibly rude and arrogant. When I asked to add more toppings, he rudely pointed his palm at me and told me to wait—even though there were no other customers at the time. The rice portion was very small and dry, and unfortunately, this was the same issue I faced during my last visit, so I was expecting better quality, but it was not improved.

While he may be the owner, it’s important to remember that customer service and respect are key. When I requested a refund, he initially refused, but after I asked again, he reluctantly gave it. Abby the service attendant was extremely honest and helpful and kind enough to take care of my faith, by mentioning that they do serve pork, but they cook on other side of the grill and that they will clean it prior to cooking my halal chicken. I think she went an extra mile for me... brownie point for her... i never in my time in Canada met someone that helpful and kind and honest at the food joint for catering towards religious belief. I believe this is the true Canada... i wish her immense success in all her future endeavors. Wish I could do more for...

This is a clean place and the food is good. Only downside is that they put way too much rice and way too little protein. We got extra protein small size for $2 and it came in a tiny cup where you normally put dressing. The large size is $4.
