Very disappointed in this place. To be fair, they have delicious vegetarian options on the menu but it seems the staff lack greatly in hospitality and don't want to work. My friend and I walked in to enjoy a meal as I had gone there last year and enjoyed the food thoroughly. Over the months, we have tried to eat there twice and both times we were turned away being told they were fully booked despite the establishment being open, mostly empty (one table seated) and staffed. Four tables had reserved signs on them. I asked if they were social distancing in their restaurant as there were many tables that didn't have reserved signs. They said no, that they were short staffed. There were at least three staff members there - two standing around and at least one in the back. They certainly were not busy yet on the rainy day and could have accommodated us as no others were arriving and the town was pretty quiet on the street. We asked if we should make reservations in the future as we drove hours to visit the town and were looking forward to enjoying a delicious meal there. They said that reservations are not necessary. Hmmmm... We asked if they would do takeout and they thought about it and then said yes but we can't order most beverages as they don't have takeout cups, then suggested we take cans of beer or cider to go - odd suggestion considering it's illegal to drink alcohol in public places or in vehicles. I said no thank you to that suggestion. If you are willing to do takeout, why not let two people sit in the empty room with mostly non-reserved tables before the alleged rush? We simply wanted to nourish ourselves before our long drive home. We decided the poor treatment wasn't worth it and drove to a restaurant who knows how to be hospitable. This establishment definitely needs to sharpen their hospitality skills. Maybe they're just having a bad day... SO... Next time I'm in town if they let us eat there, I will happily revise this review to be fair as my first time...

Secondly, your server could have asked us how we liked our food, asked us if we'd like anything else to drink, coffee, tea, I saw you offer more than just alcoholic beverages. Wasn't asked if we wanted dessert. If you are a server and rely on tips, would you not be friendly and pleasant? Servers are the face of your establishment, so therefore to answer why I gave a 2 for atmosphere, when we, the customer feel like a bother to an employee, why would that give a warm and inviting atmosphere?
Of course, your "option" or, rather, the correct spelling of your "opinion" would be different and biased, as you are the owner. Also, maybe I should drop off a dictionary next time I am in town, as it is spelled "are" not our. You're saying that your Perogies "our" enjoyed by lots. I am allowed my opinion, and yes, this is my first review. Congratulations, your service was so bad that I created my first review!
Was in Goderich for business, and we went to Part Two for lunch. First off, we were all asked about beverages, we ordered waters, and the woman serving us was very pushy about trying craft beverages.
She was not friendly at all, and we noticed she spent more time in the kitchen chatting than making sure we were satisfied. I ordered the special Perogies. And they were very soggy. The salsa on them was extremely overpowering. My plate looked like there was no effort put at all plating this.
I was extremely disappointed and won't be returning.
Our company frequently has business meetings in this beautiful town, but we will not be suggesting this restaurant at all. West Street Willy's will be our go-to from now on.

Read moreWe were on a day trip from TO and arrived in Goderich at noon. We walked around the circle and happened on Part II Bistro which had a nice outside patio. Everything sounded great on the menu and it took a while to decide. I chose the maple pierogies as the menu said they were a local favourite & my partner chose a small Cesar salad and the appetizer meatball crepe. Another patio customers plates came out and whatever they got looked fabulous. Our food came out and right away I was impressed by my partners "bacon bits" on his Cesar. More like bacon chunks. I had to steal one. Delicious ham. I'm guessing all the pork is local. My pierogies were delicious but quite rich. I had to take a doggy bag. I enjoyed the maple glaze with the toppings including beans, corn and onion. I ate the last as soon as we got home in the evening. My partner's meatball crepe was equally delicious. He gave me half a meatball. Spiced just right. A younger local couple sat near us and got burgers. They were local and said they get them every time they are in town. They say they are the best in the area. The other group heard us raving about the food and said they got the crab cakes and they were delicious. For the quality the prices were right. The small Cesar was 10, meatball crepe was low teens, my pierogies were 20 and the two large glasses of wine were 16 each. Total with tax and tip was 107. We thoroughly enjoyed the lunch and will be back next year on a nice...
