100% agree with these other reviews. Do not eat at Goderich subway. Zero food quality control, zero customer service skills. Employees, including manager are rude and unhelpful.
Can no longer trust the food that is served from this establishment. After months of receiving stale buns, disgusting cucumbers, mushy tomatoes and employees who make you feel like a bother for coming out and supporting the business, I finally attempted to contact my local subway to complain. Manager was very frustrating to deal with and clearly only cares about saving money than actually producing quality food and assisting customers. New ownership has ruined this subway.
Finally today we decided to try subway againā¦. Attached is a photo of a normal meatball on the left and the OLD?? meatball that was on my boyfriendās sub. It was hard, and dark brown. It was disgusting and inedible. So we called first to let them know that they should check the rest of the meatballs they have out today before they serve their next patrons and then to get a refund because we could not stomach ourselves to eat our subs. They didnāt seem to care at all that they sent out a bad meatball. And all they will offer is to make you a new subā¦.
Very disappointed with the new Goderich Subway location.

She was confused with our order and didn't know we wanted a footlong (for my dad waiting outside), and thought the 2 6 inch subs were both great canadian clubs. We said we didn't want bacon on one of the 6 inch subs as it was an assorted. Instead of clarifying the order, the employee got mad and threw the bacon at the window and gave up on the order. She didn't try communicating at all. The next male staff took over for her and totally skipped my disabled sister's wrap and went to the next customer. If my mom did not step in, their disorganized staff would have not made my disabled sister her wrap. They did not care we had a disabled person with us, they did not care to help her order. Finally, once the order was done, it was rung up totaly wrong since the girl could never clarify our order and we were charged $10 too much. Management and the other male staff did not bother to fix it, or make any amends or say sorry for skipping my sister in line. Never going to this subway again and you shouldn't either if you have someone with a disability in your life that you care about. They will just skip them and not feed them, when it could have been an opportunity to show how accommodating you are to disabled people. When the customer asks that you grab a clean knife to cut their sub it doesnāt mean you grab one from the well that has floating sauces and food particles in it. As a person who has food allergies you cut into my sub with a dirty knife and when my daughter said mom to get my attention you knew that you should not have done that because you said ā a clean knifeā so you go and get a clean knife and continue to cut into my sub. Sir the minute you touched my sub with the dirty knife you put me at risk of anaphylaxis. You did not offer to make a new sub, just wrapped it up. Had my daughter not noticed and I had ate the sub this would have been a different post. I ended up paying for a sub that I could not eat.
